Well, the Sunday School Fair for 2009 is over. And thanks to the hard work of so many of you, the event was a rousing success. We had quite of few guests that came just for the Fair and a great time was had by all. We were able to give them an excellent taste of small town life in the 1850's. Our young guests especially enjoyed the Fishin' Hole. We discovered that we really like Felipe fish and Allison fish are awfully nice too!
In addition the various games, the handwork booth, food booth, pie auction and quilt auction brought in $359.77 to benefit the interpretive and educational programs at the Park.
Tiffany Knupp took many excellent pictures of the Fair. Check out www.flickr.com/groups/nmbshpvolunteers. Thanks, Tiff.
Many, many thanks to all of you who put in so many hours to make the event a success on several levels. Good job, gang!
